Making Of Me

I felt the chill of my death,
it followed me with a stealth.
But the warmth of her breath,
made me the man I am.

Sound of silence seemed so nice,
I didn't go for another choice.
But the music in her voice,
made me the man I am.

I didn't sought to be smart,
nor did I acquire any art.
But the wisdom of her heart,
made me the man I am.

My life was void of bliss,
I had no one left to please.
But the passion in her kiss,
made me the man I am.

Finding comfort in my place,
I no longer needed space.
But the grip of her embrace,
made me the man I am.

Hiding in the night's disguise,
I didn't want the sun to rise.
But the brightness in her eyes,
made me the man I am.
