A Helping Hand

Their poison you claim and curse,
with vial of venom in your purse.
Their dignity you openly assault,
then dismiss it as if it’s their fault.

You won’t look within any further,
you’d rather put a blame on another.
It is easier to fool a fickle mind,
its faith in you is visibly blind.

When liability is so sparse,
and loyalty becomes a farce.
then hypocrisy comes into fashion,
destroying humanity and compassion.

Look down on your selfish leaders,
they sit high, these bottom feeders.
Look towards those who suffer,
do you have something to offer?

Come out of your comfort zone,
I am here so you won’t be alone.
If fallen, make your stand.
Or just lend a helping hand.
