Believing

Just like a little boy,
who found his lost toy.
I can’t believe it,
I am so full of joy.

It seems so insane,
I am on another plain.
I can’t believe it,
I’ve broken the chain.

My feet are on track,
no burden on my back.
I can’t believe it,
There’s nothing I lack.

The road is breezy,
and my walk is lazy.
I can’t believe it,
This journey is so easy.

I cast my spell,
and the curtains fell.
I can’t believe it,
she’s out of her shell.

It takes a tedious trial,
to see through her guile.
I can’t believe it,
I could still steal a smile.

In a whispering voice,
she confessed her choice.
I can’t believe it,
now it is time to rejoice.

I have my loyalty to give,
to one who won’t deceive
I can’t believe it,
in someone I now believe.
